Over the past several years, business for Phillips Diversified Manufacturing has been growing based on the company’s ability to deliver quality products on time and provide service to the customer. For the current fiscal year, Lexmark awarded PDM a new $3.2 million contract for products that are being brought back from China and is asking PDM to quote on even more service products weekly. In addition, PDM feels that it will add ABC Automotive Systems in London as a customer during 2015 based on negotiations under way. Provide the Laurel County African American Heritage Center, Inc. (LCAAHC) a loan in the amount of $40,000 to be used to purchase and improve a lot in London to locate a 1,080 s.f. house being donated by the city of London. The house will be used as a community kitchen for the Grow Appalachia program for which the LCAAHC is the local partner.
